The Heart and Soul of Birdwoods
For our staff Christmas gathering this year we all hopped on a bus and headed to Greg and Rachel Hart's beautiful Mangarara Station in Central Hawke's Bay. A short farm tour to see their very happy pigs and chickens (the source of Birdwoods' bacon and eggs) was followed by a delicious dinner in the Eco Lodge on the edge of Horseshoe Lake accompanied by lots of laughter and silly games. A great night out.
